Demet Yoruç - Vinyasa & Mindful Yoga Instructor
Having begun her yoga journey in 2004 at the New York Jivamukti Yoga School, Demet Yoruç deepened her practice through a 300-hour Jivamukti Yoga teacher training with Sharon Gannon and David Life. In 2007, she served as a teacher and assistant during a month-long Jivamukti Yoga tour in Japan. That same year, she completed the 200-hour “Life of a Yogi” training with Dharma Mittra in New York, and between 2011 and 2013, she conducted advanced studies with Maty Ezraty.
With over 20 years of experience, Demet organizes yoga retreats, teacher training programs, and workshops both in Turkey and abroad. Her “Vinyasa Yoga” practice—rooted in the rhythmic harmony of breath and movement—centers on the integration of body, mind, and spirit. In every class, she guides participants to find their internal rhythm by uniting breath, alignment, and mindfulness.
Through an approach that brings together elegance, flow, and inner strength, she transforms yoga into a space for both physical and spiritual discovery.
