Neslihan Acar - Functional Strength & Conditioning Coach
He is a trainer specializing in functional strength, endurance, and core stability. In his sessions, he implements high-intensity workouts targeting the lower body and core muscle groups. By utilizing reformer loops, resistance bands, and supporting equipment, he promotes strength, sculpting, and fat burning simultaneously. Based on the Athletic House & EREPS L3 methodology, he provides participants of all levels with a powerful, balanced, and sustainable training experience.
