Semih Yıldız - Co-Founder & Head of Movement

As the architect behind HipLab Collective’s training methodologies, Semih Yıldız specializes in high-intensity performance, functional strength, and endurance training. He drives the energy of HipLab through his signature classes, such as “Tempo X” and “Hell Camp,” which masterfully integrate muscle strength, mobility, and athletic conditioning.

Semih holds a Master’s degree in Movement and Exercise Sciences from 19 Mayis University. His professional expertise is backed by prestigious international certifications, including EQF 5 EREPS Health Specialist, FMS 1-2, CFSC 1-2, FTC, Functional Fitness Coaching 1-2, and Medical Exercise & Fitness Training.

His extensive educational background includes advanced specializations in:

  • Functional Sports Anatomy & Cadaver Studies
  • Load Management (by Tim Gabbett)
  • Sports Nutrition & 3D Anatomy
  • Weightlifting & Plyometric Training
  • Balance Systems
