Ercan Yılmaz - Functional Strength & Conditioning Coach

A performance coach specialized in functional training, strength development, and movement science. With years of athletic background and a solid academic foundation, he plays an active role in the development of HipLab Collective’s core training systems. By structuring his programs on scientific principles, he systematically implements stabilization, strength, endurance, and performance phases.

In his sessions, he utilizes exercise models built on core activation, balance, mobility, and neuromuscular control. This approach, adapted for participants of all levels, aims for both injury prevention and performance enhancement. Ercan’s coaching philosophy centers on correct technique, sustainable development, and disciplined progression.

Within HipLab, he leads one-on-one personal training sessions, small group workshops, and functional strength programs. He aims to develop his participants not only physically but also in terms of mental resilience.
